Second Go Round in the US Army by RCP II

I first Enlisted into he US Army in 1982. My MOS was 26V, with a secondary MOS of 32D. I was stationed in South Korea 1983 to 1984, during the time KAL007 was shot down by the Russians. I ETS'd in 1986. In 2002, I Re-Enlisted due to watching the first Twin Tower burning, and then the second plane hitting the second tower as it happened. I offered my services to the Army National Guard. The Army waived my age, and I waived my VA disability payments. I expected to go to WAR. I taught myself how the new Microwave Telecommunications Systems worked and became MOS 31P Qualified shortly prior to our unit becoming Activated 3 February 2003. We were to be Invading Iraq from Turkey along with 4th Infantry. This of course changed after our equipment made it to Turkey..... If you care to hear more, please ask. Although I have a near perfect shooting score, I was not in a gun fight
